AggreGate and MWS AI to Combine IIoT and Artificial Intelligence

Russian vendor AggreGate and MWS AI (the artificial intelligence center of MWS, part of MTS Web Services) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR-2026) conference. The partnership will enable the creation of ready-made AI solutions for the mining industry based on data collected from equipment and sensors.

MWS AI already has experience implementing AI in mining: driver and equipment monitoring systems at fields in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reduced the number of road accidents by 76%. AggreGate's competencies allow data to be collected from any industrial equipment — from excavators to conveyors — and transmitted to AI models in real time.

Joint solutions may include predictive analytics for equipment failures, computer vision for quarry safety, and transport load optimization. As a result, mining enterprises will be able to reduce downtime, improve occupational safety, and optimize logistics.

Details of specific projects will be determined during further collaboration.

Olga Mikallef, Commercial Director at AggreGate:

"MWS AI already has successful cases in mining — for example, reducing road accidents at fields in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. AggreGate can become their 'eyes and ears': we collect data from any equipment, and MWS AI's AI models turn it into action. Together, we can offer the market ready-made, rather than custom, solutions."

Denis Filippov, CEO of MWS AI (part of MTS Web Services):

"In partnership with AggreGate, MWS AI plans to develop comprehensive solutions that will become a practical tool in the process of digital transformation of the industry. For mining enterprises, this means a transition from disparate systems to a unified intelligent environment where AI helps to act proactively, preventing accidents, equipment failures, and injuries at production sites. The implementation of such solutions in real economic sectors delivers measurable impact in safety and efficiency."
