Note: The minimal quantity of licenses that can be quoted and sold to a single named customer is 10 licenses (except for licenses pre-installed on a partner's edge devices).

Software Warranty and Maintenance
AggreGate technical support is provided at the installation level and covers all licenses included in the respective installation. For a new installation, purchasing technical support for the first year is mandatory. Starting from the second year, the annual technical support renewal fee is 20% of the cost of the licenses included in the installation. All requests are processed through a dedicated technical support portal.
